The majority currently available antibiotics have drawbacks terms antimicrobial spectrum side effects. Over usage such has contributed development clinical resistance formerly sensitive microorganisms. system medicine offers interesting possibilities combat drug–resistant pathogens. Medicinal herbs constitute an essential component preparations known its diverse range biological activity. One potential formulation exists is Pancha Karpa Chooranam (PKC) which comprises a unique blend five (pancha) herbal ingredients. Materials Methods: main objective present investigation evaluate anti-microbial efficacy PKC using disc diffusion method. Results: Results study clearly emphasise drug exhibits activity against tested organisms.
